Pay first, then assign, invite, review and report

360-degree feedback you can actually act on

A proper 360 gathers ratings from the person, their manager, peers and direct reports, then turns them into a report you can take into an appraisal. Invite reviewers by magic link once paid, from £10.

How it works

1. Pay first

Buy your 360 before anything opens: £10 for the values 360 or £30 including VAT for the leadership 360. Organisations can pay with credits.

2. Assign the cycle

Choose the leadership 360 or the shorter values 360, pick the 20-item core or the fuller seniority-matched version, and assign it to the person being reviewed.

3. Invite reviewers

For your own cycle, choose your reviewers. For an organisation-assigned cycle, managers choose or approve employee nominations before invitations become active. Each reviewer gets a unique link, with no account needed.

4. Reviewers respond

Reviewers work through one theme at a time, with visible progress. They choose how often they see each behaviour, or "I haven't observed this", then add written feedback. Colleague feedback is grouped; manager feedback is shown separately.

5. Read your report

At least three reviewer responses, excluding the self-review, are needed before a Leadership or Values 360 can close for reporting. Review strengths and development priorities, with no second report payment.

Inside your report

A proper report, ready for the appraisal table

The leadership 360 is an 18-page example of the depth you can expect, not just a short overview on screen. It brings the evidence, interpretation and next steps together in one confidential document.

  • Scores by theme, question and reviewer group
  • Self-awareness, agreement gaps and confidential comments
  • Evidence-led priorities and a practical development plan
