Workplace assessments for the moments that matter
From a new starter's first 90 days to an honest exit survey, each assessment is a short, focused questionnaire with magic-link responses and a clear report. Pay £7.50 including VAT upfront, then launch.
How it works
1. Pick the assessment
Each one is purpose-built for a specific moment: onboarding, probation, training, team health, wellbeing, inclusion, customer service or exit.
2. People tap a link
Respondents get a unique magic link - no login required. Team surveys are pooled and unattributed, so people answer honestly.
3. Unlock the report
Pay £7.50 including VAT before starting, or use half an assessment credit for organisations.
The nine assessments
Every assessment uses the same simple magic-link response flow, with questions and reporting matched to its purpose. Person-focused assessments compare perspectives; team and exit surveys produce a plain record of pooled scores and comments.

- Two-way: measures your induction, not just the new starter
- Early-warning score on retention risk in the first 90 days
Every new starter and anyone moving into a new role internally. - The new starter, their manager, a buddy and 2-3 close colleagues. - At 30, 60 and 90 days - or just at 90 days.

£7.50 inc. VATWalk into the probation meeting with evidence, not vibes.
