Questions employers ask

Is it really one flat fee for the whole team?
Yes. £9.99 plus VAT a month, or £99 plus VAT a year (two months free), covers your organisation for up to 25 staff, with no per-seat charge for the CPD log or the dashboard. If you need more than 25 seats, email hello@workplacehero.co.uk and we will price it for you.
Can we see our staff's reflections?
Only if they choose to share them. By default you see summary data - total hours, number of entries and when they last logged. Each person can switch to sharing full entries.
What if someone already has a personal CPD log with you?
Invite the email address they already use. Accepting the invite links their existing account to your dashboard - nothing is re-keyed, and all their past entries, targets and badges come with them. Their sharing level still starts at summary until they choose otherwise.
What happens if someone leaves?
Their CPD log belongs to them and travels with them. You remove them from the team and their data leaves your dashboard immediately. If they signed up with a work email they can swap it for a personal one in My account without losing anything, and that frees the seat for someone else.
Does this include courses?
Course purchases are separate. The dashboard brings your on-demand compliance courses, regulated qualifications and team seats into one place alongside CPD.
How does 360 feedback work for teams?
Buy 360 credits from your team dashboard - £45 plus VAT for one, or £299 plus VAT for ten. Each credit unlocks one full 360 cycle for one member of staff, which you assign from the same screen. They choose their own reviewers, and you see progress only. The report is theirs, and they decide whether to share a summary, the full report, or nothing at all. Cancel before anyone responds and the credit goes back to your balance.
