Most teams run a 360 for a handful of leaders once a year. Paying a platform subscription for the other eleven months makes little sense.
Most 360 feedback tools want an annual subscription before you run a single review. WorkplaceHero Leadership 360 is pay as you go: £30 plus VAT per leader, with anonymous reviewer groups and a development-focused report.

Pre-bought seat bundles go to waste when plans change. With WorkplaceHero you spend credits only when a cycle launches.
Agree/disagree scales invite generous marking. Observed-frequency questions and a Not observed option give a truer picture.
Every insight can become a 1:1 topic or a Growth Goal, so feedback turns into development instead of a PDF nobody reopens.

No. You can run a Leadership 360 from a free workspace and only pay when you launch a cycle.
Peer and direct-report feedback is grouped, with groups below three responses merged. Manager feedback is shown separately and should be treated as named. Small groups or distinctive comments can still identify someone. Organisation-assigned subjects see invitees and total responses, not individual submission statuses.
A unique email link opens a guided, one-theme-at-a-time questionnaire with progress, observed-frequency choices and an I haven't observed this option, followed by written feedback. No reviewer account is needed.
Questions describe observable behaviour on a frequency scale, which reduces score inflation. Report insights can be saved straight to a 1:1 agenda or turned into a Growth Goal.
Yes. There is an interactive sample report on the Leadership 360 page using fictional data.
Organisation 360 is also bought when you run it, from £350, with an executive report and department comparisons.
The organisation chooses the approach for each cycle. Manager chooses reviewers is the default. Alternatively, Employee nominates, manager approves lets the employee suggest colleagues, with invitations remaining inactive until an authorised owner or manager approves them. Employees cannot send, chase or remove sent organisation invitations.
Reviewer tasks appear in notifications and on Organisation Today. Authorised owners and managers can open the cycle to add reviewers or approve nominations. Owners can manage all organisation cycles; managers can manage cycles they assigned or cycles for staff in their reporting line.
The person being reviewed can see invited reviewers and the total number of responses, but not each person's submission status or response time. This applies to personal and organisation-assigned cycles. Authorised organisation owners and managers can see invitation statuses to manage reminders. Response tracking is separate from how feedback is grouped in the report.
At least three reviewer responses are required before a cycle about one person can be closed for reporting. The self-review does not count towards that minimum. This applies to both personal and organisation-assigned 360s, not to pooled team surveys. Invite more than three reviewers to allow for non-response; small groups and distinctive comments can still make a contributor identifiable.
Yes. A personal, pay-as-you-go cycle keeps self-selected reviewers and the existing payment journey, without employer nomination approval. Your organisation does not gain access simply because you work there. An organisation-assigned and funded cycle is managed by that organisation, with report access for authorised owners and managers.
