Does the CV coach rewrite my CV?+
No. It points to the exact lines that work or hold you back, explains why they matter to a recruiter, then asks coaching questions so you find better wording yourself. Your CV stays in your own voice.
How is my CV scored?+
Every review uses the same seven-part, 100-point rubric: positioning, structure, experience, evidence of impact, skills fit, language and polish. The total is added up by us, not guessed, so scores are comparable between versions.
What does it check against my Passport?+
It reads your CPD log, qualifications and credentials alongside your CV, so it can spot training you have recorded but left off, or qualifications whose status may need updating. It suggests things to consider, never things you must add.
Can I review for a specific job or a promotion?+
Yes. Choose general polish, a new role (paste the job description if you have one), an internal promotion or appraisal (add the target role and profile), or ask a specific question.
How many reviews do I get?+
