Accessibility statement

• Use the site on phones, tablets and desktops in portrait or landscape
• Use standard menus, buttons and forms with a keyboard
• Make text bigger using your browser or device settings
• Listen to audio narration on selected articles and some course lessons

The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We know about these issues and are working through them:

• Audio narration: only selected articles and some course lessons have narration. Most articles and course materials do not yet have a full audio version.
• Screen readers: we are currently testing key journeys with screen readers and are aware that some areas may not work fully yet, especially newer interactive tools such as rating pickers, charts and selectable chips.
• Keyboard use: most of the site works with a keyboard, but we are still testing some newer custom controls.
• Zoom to 200%: we are currently testing public pages and the platform at 200% zoom, and are aware some tables and app screens may need scrolling or adjustment.
• Reduced motion: some animations respect the reduced motion setting on your device, but many do not yet. We are working through these.
• Some older articles moved from our previous site have images without full descriptions.
• Some downloadable PDFs are not yet fully tagged for screen readers.
• A few interactive charts (such as the competency radar) need fuller text alternatives.
• Some third-party content, such as embedded videos and partner course platforms, is outside our direct control.

We check new pages with automated tools and are building up manual keyboard, zoom and screen reader testing. We fix accessibility issues as a priority, update this statement as testing finishes, and review it at least once a year.

We will reply within 5 working days. Learners on our courses can also ask for reasonable adjustments to assessments.
