One line
WorkplaceHero is the free CPD Passport that helps workplace heroes learn, develop and progress, with a record that stays with them from job to job.
About us (short, 50 words)
WorkplaceHero is a UK learning and development platform. Individuals log their CPD in a free, portable Passport that they own for life. Employers use Passport for Teams to manage training, compliance, appraisals and 360 feedback, and learners can take CPD courses and qualifications in one place.
About us (long, 120 words)
WorkplaceHero helps people and organisations take learning seriously without the paperwork. At its heart is the Passport, a free CPD log where anyone can record training, reflections and certificates, then share evidence with an employer or professional body when it is needed. Because the Passport belongs to the person, not the job, their record moves with them throughout their career. For organisations, Passport for Teams brings staff CPD, required training, appraisals, one-to-ones and 360 feedback into one view. WorkplaceHero also offers CPD courses, regulated qualifications through approved centre status, and free tools such as workplace calculators and team quizzes. WorkplaceHero is ICO registered (ZB616407), hosts data in the UK and EU, and is GDPR compliant.
Why we exist
Too many people lose years of learning every time they change job. Certificates sit in old inboxes, training records stay with former employers, and good work goes unrecognised. We built WorkplaceHero so every workplace hero has one place to prove what they know, reflect on how they have grown and plan where they want to go next.
Our mission
Helping workplace heroes to learn, develop and progress.

WorkplaceHero's free Passport gives individuals a portable place to record CPD activities, reflections and supporting evidence. Their record stays with them when they change jobs. PassportPro is an optional paid upgrade, not a requirement for using the free Passport.
