One wallet, one price list
Credits cost £5 each plus VAT, or down to £4 plus VAT a credit in larger packs. A Check-in costs 2 credits (£10), a Leadership 360 costs 6 credits (£30), and courses can be paid for the same way.
Credits last 12 months
Buy a pack when the budget is available and spend it any time in the next 12 months. Unused credits expire 12 months after purchase and do not roll over.
Oversight is not an add-on
Assigning courses, chasing completions and issuing certificates is included on every order, large or small. It is not locked behind a subscription tier.
Free allowances come first
If your plan already includes something, we use that before touching your wallet. You are only ever charged for what genuinely falls outside it.

Organisation plans start with CPD oversight at £2 per person each month plus VAT, or £5 with PassportPro. Passport for Teams: Performance is £60 a month plus VAT for the first six people, then £8 per additional person, and adds appraisals. Everything else - courses, Check-ins and 360s - is bought from the Marketplace on demand.

Before you order
Do the people I invite need an account?+
No. Reviewers, respondents and new starters all arrive through a private link and never create a login. Only the person who owns the workspace needs an account, and that is the free one you already have.
Can we buy from the Marketplace without a subscription?+
Yes. Anyone can buy courses, qualifications and diagnostics with no plan at all, and your own CPD account stays free. Passport for Teams is the option for teams that want appraisals and PassportPro for everyone as a standing arrangement.
Are the prices you show final?+
Yes. VAT is already inside every price you see, there is no minimum order, and larger credit packs bring the cost of a credit down from £5 to as little as £4. If you need a purchase order or an invoice, our bulk order guidance explains what we can do.
Is assigning courses and chasing completions an extra cost?+
No. Assignment, completion tracking and certificates come with the order. We do not charge you again to find out whether the training you bought was actually used.
What happens to the results afterwards?+
Finished reports, certificates and completion records stay in your workspace. Personal CPD records stay with the individual, so when someone moves on their history leaves with them while your organisation keeps its own oversight data.
How is this different from Passport for Teams?+
Organisation plans start with Passport for Teams: Essentials at £2 per person each month plus VAT, or £5 with PassportPro. Passport for Teams is £60 a month plus VAT for the first six people, then £8 per additional person, and adds appraisals. The Marketplace is where you buy learning and diagnostics on demand.
