How to add your company logo to appraisal and 360 reports

Who can do this: organisation owners Plan needed: Passport for Teams: Performance

Steps

1. Open your Organisation and go to the owner settings.
2. Find the logo card and select Upload logo.
3. Choose a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG under 5MB.
4. Check the preview. Select Replace logo to change it later.

Tips for the best result

• Use a full-colour or dark logo on a transparent or white background.
• If your logo is very light, you'll see a warning, because it may not show up on white paper.
• Your logo keeps its shape. It is never stretched.

Your logo appears on appraisal, review and 360 PDFs, with "Powered by WorkplaceHero" underneath.

Why can't I see this?

• No logo card: you're not the owner, or your plan isn't Performance.
