Download. Go to My account and billing and select Download my data. You get a file containing your profile, CPD entries, badges, certificates and orders.
Delete. At the bottom of the same page, Delete my account permanently removes your personal data, CPD entries, badges and sign in details. You are asked to type DELETE to confirm because it cannot be undone.
We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as financial records of purchases, and awarding organisation records for qualifications you have been certificated for.
