- The owner adds places from the People or Billing tab. A confirmation shows the places before and after, the new monthly cost, and the part-month charge today. Nothing changes until you confirm.
- Removing places gives you a credit on your next invoice.
- Every active member gets PassportPro included.
- Course learners never use seats, and 360s and assessments are pay as you go, not part of the plan.
- Larger organisations (over 100 people) can talk to us about Enterprise and guided onboarding.
