You are allocated a named tutor-assessor who marks your work and gives written feedback inside the platform.
- Work is submitted unit by unit, at your own pace within your enrolment period.
- Feedback usually comes back within five working days.
- If a piece does not yet meet the criteria, your assessor says exactly what is missing and you resubmit. There is no extra charge.
- Completed portfolios go through internal quality assurance, and a sample goes to the awarding organisation.
Certificates are issued by the awarding organisation once that process is complete.
