Steps for staff

1. Open the required training you've been assigned.
2. Submit your completion and attach your certificate or evidence.
3. It shows as awaiting verification.

Steps for managers

1. Open your Organisation and go to Compliance.
2. Open the person's profile to see the submitted evidence.
3. Check it matches the training required, then verify it.

What happens next

• Only a manager's verification clears the requirement. A self-report on its own never counts as evidence.
• The compliance matrix updates straight away.

Why can't I see this?

• No Compliance section: your workspace is free, which is training-only. Compliance needs a paid plan.
• Still showing as due: the submission hasn't been verified yet.
