Safeguarding and Prevent
Prevent duty training
Confident, current Prevent training for staff and safeguarding leads, delivered online and certificated for inspection.
Prevent in practice, not just in policy
Most organisations have a Prevent policy. Far fewer can show that staff would actually recognise the signs, know exactly who to tell and record the concern properly. Inspectors test the second thing, not the first, and they do it by asking staff directly.
This training focuses on that gap. It builds the professional curiosity to notice a change in a learner or colleague, the language to raise it without accusation, and a clear understanding that Prevent is a safeguarding response - support through Channel, not punishment.
It sits naturally alongside designated safeguarding lead training and your annual safeguarding refresher.
