What is this qualification?
The Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is the recognised starting qualification for anyone teaching or training adults - in a college, a training provider, or in-house at work.
It covers the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, inclusive teaching and learning, and how assessment works in practice. No prior teaching qualification is needed.
