Who chooses the reviewers?
For an organisation-assigned cycle, Manager chooses reviewers is the default. The organisation can instead choose Employee nominates, manager approves. Nominations remain inactive until an authorised owner or manager approves them. Employees cannot send, chase or remove sent organisation invitations.
For a personal cycle, you still choose your own reviewers and pay through the existing journey. Employer approval is not required, and your employer does not gain access simply because you work there.
Who can see progress and feedback?
For personal and organisation-assigned cycles, the subject can see invitees and the total response count, but not individual submission statuses or response times. Authorised owners and managers can see invitation statuses for reminders and the organisation-funded report. Owners manage all organisation cycles; managers manage cycles they assigned or cycles for staff in their reporting line.
Peer and direct-report feedback is grouped, with groups below three responses merged. Manager feedback is shown separately and should be treated as named. Small groups and distinctive comments can still reveal a contributor. Organisation 360 is a separate pooled organisation survey, not a report about one leader.
When is the report available?
At least three reviewer responses, excluding the self-review, are required before a Leadership or Values 360 can be closed for reporting. This applies to both personal and organisation-assigned cycles, not pooled team surveys.
Reviewers use a unique email link with no account needed. The questionnaire presents one theme at a time, shows progress and finishes with written feedback. Leadership questions use observed-frequency choices and an I haven't observed this option rather than asking reviewers to guess.
