Badges are awarded automatically as you use your CPD log, for example for your first reflection, for hitting a run of consecutive months, or for reaching an hours milestone.
Each badge has its own public page with a QR code, so you can share it on LinkedIn or add it to an email signature. Nobody can see your reflections or entries from a badge page, only the badge itself and the date you earned it.
Badges cannot be bought or backdated, which is what makes them worth sharing.
