- Sign in and open My learning.
- Select the completed course.
- Choose Download certificate. It saves as a PDF.
Certificates are also logged in your CPD record automatically, with the hours already filled in.
If a certificate has not appeared, it usually means the completion has not yet come through from the course platform. That normally takes a few hours. If it has been longer than a working day, send us a message and we will chase it.
