Every certificate we issue carries a unique code and a verification address in the form workplacehero.co.uk/verify/CODE.
Open that address and you will see the learner name, the course or qualification, the date it was issued and whether it is still valid. Nothing else about the person is shown.
If a certificate has been withdrawn, the page says so. There is no need to contact us or the learner.
