About this course
Menopause affects a large part of the workforce, and poor support drives experienced people out of their jobs. This short course helps colleagues and managers understand what is happening and how to respond well.
It covers the stages of menopause, common physical and psychological symptoms, the impact on work, the legal position under the Equality Act 2010, and practical adjustments that make a real difference.

Interactive throughout
Scenarios, exercises and images keep learners engaged rather than clicking through slides.
