Buying training for your team

You do not need a subscription or a pot of credits to train your staff. Buy the licences you need, pay by card or invoice, and we take care of enrolling everyone.

Two ways to buy

Buy the licences you need

Pick a course, set the quantity, pay by card. The price per learner falls automatically as the quantity rises, and invoicing opens up from 10 licences.

Best when you know the course and the numbers - a whole team doing safeguarding, or one new starter.

Training credits

One balance that covers the whole catalogue. Credits cost £5 each with bulk discounts, never expire, and courses are assigned to staff from your team dashboard.

Best when training is spread across lots of courses and joiners through the year.

How credits work

They work side by side. Buying a course outright never touches your credit balance, and having credits never stops you paying by card for a one-off.

Step by step: a bulk order

  1. 1

Choose the course and the number of licences

Open the course page and set the quantity. The price per learner drops automatically as the quantity goes up, and the band you land in is highlighted so you can see the saving before you commit.

  2. 2

Pay by card, or request an invoice

Card payment confirms the order straight away. Invoicing is available from 10 licences: give us your organisation name, billing email, VAT number and purchase order reference, and we raise the invoice against it.

  3. 3

We approve the invoice and mark it paid

Once payment clears (or the purchase order is confirmed), we mark the order paid and it unlocks for learner details. Card orders skip this step entirely.

  4. 4

    Add your learner details

Enter a name and email for each licence. You can do this immediately or come back later - the licences sit on your account until you use them, and you can leave some unallocated.

  5. 5

    We enrol the learners

Each learner is enrolled on the course platform and receives an email with their login details and a direct link to the course. You do not need to set anything up for them.

  6. 6

Progress and certificates come back to you

Completion and certificates flow into each learner's CPD log automatically, and you can see progress across the order from your account.

Step by step: assigning a course from credits

  1. 1

    Buy a credit pack

Credits cost £5 each, with bulk discounts - the 300 credit pack works out at £3.75 a credit. Credits never expire.

  2. 2

Open the Training tab on your team dashboard

You will see your credit balance, the full course catalogue with the credit cost of each course, and everyone in your team.

  3. 3

Assign a course to a member of staff

Pick the course and the person. The credit cost comes off your wallet there and then, so two managers can never spend the same credits twice.

  4. 4

It lands in their CPD log

The course appears in that person's CPD log as planned, and flips to completed once their certificate is confirmed. Cancel before they start and the credits come back.
