About this course
A practical 75-minute CPD course for everyone at work in Great Britain. It covers the Equality Act 2010 and the nine protected characteristics, direct and indirect discrimination, harassment and victimisation, reasonable adjustments, microaggressions and psychological safety, neurodiversity and inclusive adjustments, everyday bias in recruitment and promotion decisions, and safe bystander intervention using the 4 Ds. Includes interactive activities, the six-stage Apex Logistics case study and a 28-question final assessment. The legal framework presented applies to Great Britain; Northern Ireland uses separate equality legislation. Course content is educational, not legal advice.
