It covers the preliminary steps, the seven principles in depth, prerequisite programmes, validation and verification, and how to keep the plan accurate as menus, suppliers and processes change.

Any device
Works on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile, with audio, video and written transcripts throughout.
Interactive throughout
Scenarios, exercises and images keep learners engaged rather than clicking through slides.
